花生饼+澳门杏仁饼
有空得试试的食谱:

Ingredients:
4 cups ground roasted peanuts
1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 cup peanut oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg yolk, beaten slightly for egg wash
Method:
Mix the ground peanut, oil, shortening and flour together until well combined. Shaped into small balls. Use a fork or the palm of your hand to flatten it slightly. Brush the top with the egg wash and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

礼记肉心杏仁饼步骤
饼模内先填入一半的粉料,放入肉心在中间;再填入另一半粉料,刮去多余的粉料,并用手心压实,用木棍轻敲几下,把饼小心倒出饼模;接着将杏仁饼放在烤盘上(用烤架效果更佳),用150度烤约25分钟即可(烤时要半敞开烤箱门,只作烘干就可以了)其他杏仁饼品种及配料
